INGREDIENTS

• 1kg Paiche Fillet;
• 2 Plantains;
• 1 Cups Water;
• 1 Onion, Sliced;
• 3 Garlic Cloves, Chopped;
• Salt;
• Parsley;
• 3 Tbsp. Urucum Oil;
• 1/2 Cup Green Olives;
• 3 Tomatoes, Seeded, Sliced.

PREPARATION

In a casserole, put the urucum oil, garlic and fish and cook. After that, add the onion, tomatoes, plantains and the other ingredients. Cook it for 15 minutes. Serve it with rice.
